Privacy policy

This policy covers the website, the member app and anything you tell the front desk. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — the name, phone number, email address and message you submit through a form on this site.
• Membership records — billing details, emergency contact, and the health questionnaire you complete at intake.
• Training data — movement screen notes, InBody composition scans, benchmark results and class attendance.
• Technical data — anonymous page-view statistics. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

Why we hold it

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and nothing else. Membership records let us run your account, contact you in an emergency and meet our legal obligations. Training data exists so your coach can programme for you and so you can see progress across quarters.

Health information

The health questionnaire and any injury notes are treated as sensitive data. Access is limited to your coach, the coaching lead for your discipline and the club director. It is never shared with insurers, employers or marketing partners.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are deleted after twelve months if you do not join. Membership and training records are kept for the life of your membership and for three years afterwards, so that a returning member keeps their history. Billing records are retained for seven years as required by Indian tax law.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The member app uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. Aggregate page-view statistics are collected without personally identifying you.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your record, subject to the tax retention above
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time, with one click

Sharing

We use third-party providers for payment processing, the member app and email delivery. Each is contractually bound to process data only on our instructions. We do not sell member data, ever.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will email members at least thirty days before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
