The class
Run Club is free to every member and open to guests once a month. Tuesday is structured: a proper warm-up, then intervals on the sea-link approach with target paces set from your last time trial. Sunday is conversational — a long, easy run along the promenade where the pace is deliberately slow enough to talk.
Pace groups mean nobody gets dropped and nobody gets held back. Each group has a leader who knows the route, carries a phone and finishes with the last person in the group. We time-trial every eight weeks so the groups stay honest.
Inside the hour
Every Run Club session follows the same shape, so you always know what is coming and can pace yourself accordingly.
Road shoes with some life left in them, a phone and something reflective for the early starts. Bag storage is open from 5:45am.

Half and full marathon blocks are written free for members running Mumbai in January.
Running in company is a different activity to running alone on a treadmill. Try it once.
When it runs

Cardio
Forty-five minutes of measured intervals. Every round has a target number, so effort is comparable week to week.
Mobility
Hips, shoulders, breath and long holds — designed around the restrictions people who lift actually turn up with.
Strength
The backbone of every membership. Four compound lifts, coached set by set, loaded a little heavier than last week.
