Pick your discipline
Sixty coached sessions a week across six disciplines. Every class is capped, every class scales, and every class is written by the coach who runs it.
45–75 minutes
Long enough to warm up, work and cool down. Short enough to fit a working day.
Capped at 16
Small enough that the coach sees every rep and knows what you did last week.
Always scaled
Every movement has a regression and a progression written on the board.
Included
Unlimited on the Unlimited and Performance plans; eight a month on Core.
Strength
All levels
Strength & Conditioning
Squat, press, hinge and pull on a progressive twelve-week block, with technique coaching on every working set.
Cardio
Intermediate
HIIT Burn
Measured intervals on rowers, bikes, ropes and carries. Every round has a target, so effort is compared week to week.
Combat
All levels
Combat Conditioning
Boxing fundamentals, pad rounds and footwork drills, finished with the conditioning fighters actually use.
CrossFit
Scaled + Rx
CrossFit Box
A skill block, then the WOD. Scaled and Rx run side by side so the stimulus stays right for everyone in the room.
Mobility
Beginner friendly
Yoga & Mobility
Hips, shoulders, breath and long holds — built around the restrictions people who lift actually turn up with.
Endurance
All paces
Run Club
Tuesday intervals on the sea link approach, Sunday long runs along the promenade. Pace groups from 4:30 to 7:30 per km.

Most people do best with two strength sessions and one conditioning session a week, plus a mobility class on a rest day. Your coach will adjust it after the screen — but this is the shape that works for almost everyone.
